Location was brilliant. Everything was within walking distance. Very close to train station/super market/ restaurants/ pubs/ Tivoli Gdns/ hop on hop off bus. Bed was really comfy and room was quiet. Breakfast was beautiful; choice was great. Times of breakfast were really good too. 12pm check out time is handy. It was great to be able to store luggage after check out.

The hotel was fresh and felt modern, and the room was clean. Despite it being a large hotel it was very quiet at night, I couldn't hear other guests at all. The location is perfect in terms of neighbourhood and transport links. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The lobby area is spacious and great for socialising or working (if one likes a busy atmosphere). The DIY check-in/out system was easy to operate.

Very nice hotel with superb location. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the on-line check in and check out which was very quick and easy. The breakfast was excellant. There is a supermarket right next to the entrance to the hotel. Although the room's windows faced the street we had peace and quite. It was the second time that we stayed in this hotel while visiting Copenhagen and we highly recommend.

Great location for travelling and exploring. The red hop on/off bus stops just down the road. I paid100dkk for an early check in because I came on an early morning flight. That made such a difference and I would do it again. My double room was very comfortable and I had a huge walk in shower. The room was in the centre of the hotel so very quiet. There's little sound proofing, you can hear floor boards creaking, but luckily the people in the next room were quiet.

The room was a very good size for us, facing out onto a busy street. No traffic noise at all, but a great view.. The bathroom was very clean and large enough to lay out all toileteries etc. Very efficient staff. The breakfast service was managed very well for such a large hotel. The actual breakfast itself was excellent, with plentiful and varied choice. The bread was especially good...!!

Perfect location and very friendly staff. We asked for a quiet, courtyard-facing room, which we got and thoroughly appreciated! I also liked that the room cleaning was only every few days, which gave us plenty of privacy while ensuring the place was clean too a reasonable standard.

Breakfast was quite nice. Location was great since we used trains and metro a lot. Rooms are quite small but we did not spent a lot of time in the room, so it was fine. Everything was clean.

We like the location. The hotel is near the train station, loads of asian restaurants, besides lidle grocery shop and our room is tidy and comfortble. Tivoli Park is only 7 mins walk from the hotel. We check out early and ask for a taxi and the taxi came early as scheduled. The staff even give us a coffee before going out for free. Definitely a nice place to stay! Staffs are all nice and accomodating!
